Team Pictures for 2020
Due to COVID-19, there is no facility available for us to do pictures on a single day like we've done in the past. We are offering outside photos at the beginning of practice or before a game.
If it's a game, perhaps we can arrange to do both teams playing on the same day.

You will get confirmation email on a scheduled time.
Last day for team photos will be July 17. If a parent still wants individual photos, please have them contact me.
Important Notes About Picture Day
- Teams should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled photo time to assemble team.
- Each player should arrive fully uniformed including hat and cleats.
- Parents, please make sure your child has their jersey & shorts/pants drawstrings tucked in.
- Make sure all players are holding their order envelope prior to getting in photo line.
- The picture area should only include players and coaches.
- All credit cards need to be processed PRIOR to picture day
Coaches
- Coaches are in the team pictures
- Coaches get a complimentary 5x7 photo with your son or daughter. Please inform the photographer that you want to do this.
This runs very smoothly if all teams are prompt and all order forms complete for your scheduled time.

Q) Will there be change $$? A) No, please put exact change in your envelope
Q) When will pictures be in? A) Allow 2-3 weeks.
Q) Can I pay with credit card?
A) Due to being able to quickly get teams photographed, we cannot run credit cards in person. Please pre-pay before picture day. Our credit cards are run through paypal.

Q) My child can’t make picture day or my team hasn't scheduled a day
A) Please email designpix@bex.net and we will try and arrange something.
